What We Do
Milkcollect provides traceability, accurate collections and minimises damage through high speed pumping.
Milkcollect Tanker Fluid Management (TFM) is installed on New Zealand’s largest milk tanker fleet of over 550 milk tankers, collecting up to 82 million litres of milk per day.
This highly accurate fluid measurement system, with high speed pumping, is a robust and rugged control solution. The TFM system is completely customisable, device drivers can be developed as required and process control algorithms can be adapted to suit. The system can be remotely supported and operated over the 4G network for troubleshooting, diagnostics and firmware upgrade.
TFM comes with a complete range of hard wearing devices and support services to ensure your milk collection process runs smoothly and reliably.
Software
TCS (NZ) provides a range of software engineering services for 16 and 32 micro-processors, PC application and web app development.
We also have an industry leading electronic and PCB engineering team developing industrial automation products and systems from start to finish.
Hardware
The Milkcollect TFM technology has been developed to withstand the harshest environments with a rating of Mil Std 810g. Each product is designed to maximise reliability and is able to withstand CIP chemical ingress.
In engineering the TFM solution the hardware has been designed and built to meet EMC compliance and has been NMI tested.
Support
Milkcollect can provide a full installation team along with system support with remote integration to the milk collection system over the 4G network with remote firmware updating, diagnostics, HMI control to board and device level.
Once the system is up and running, TCS (NZ) will continue to provide software upgrades and an ongoing maintenance plan.
